Cline Shield: COVID-19 Test

Are you authorised to run COVID-19 test?

Our COVID-19 Lab partners are approved by the NCDC and MoH to carry out COVID-19 test in Lagos.

We also have another testing centre in partnership with ACEGID in Osun State, which is also NCDC and MoH approved. We collect samples from 6 surrounding states to run COVID-19 tests at ACEGID.

How can I book an appointment

Monday – Sunday: 8am – 6pm.

It costs N50,400.
What is the turnaround time?
It takes between 6 hours and 48 hours to run the test.
How will I get my result?

Cline Specialty Pharmacy

How do I send a new prescription to Cline?

Ask your doctor to e-prescribe to us. You can always call +234 809 720 4158. Once it’s ready, we’ll send you a text to setup your payment or insurance, and schedule your free delivery. You won’t have to stress ever again.

How does Cline Specialty Pharmacy work?

Cline gets your new prescription(s) from your doctor, and we fulfil this prescription from our pharmacy. We coordinate refills with you, your doctor and insurance every month. As your prescription changes, we adjust to meet your health needs.  

What brands do you offer?
We offer medications from all the major drug manufacturers including Bayer®, GSK®, Lilly®, Merck®, Pfizer® & Roche®.

All our medications are NAFDAC approved.

When and where do you deliver?

Cline hand delivers your medication in select cities. We usually deliver on the same day or next day.

Can I order for a family member?
Yes. We can manage their prescription as a one-off order or monthly as yours.
I have a special request
Go ahead and ask! We stock over 300 types of medications. We will do everything we can to ensure that your special request is handled quickly and efficiently.
Do you deliver controlled substance?
A controlled substance is a medication that’s regulated by the government because of its high potential for harm or abuse. However, it’s still possible to take these medications safely for health reasons under the care of your clinical team. We work with your provider to determine what is best for you.

We prescribe a medication only after discussing the desired benefits and possible harms with you and deciding together if it’s the right approach.

Examples of well-known controlled substances include opioid pain medications, stimulants, certain sedatives and sleep medications, and cannabinoids.

Insurance & Billing

How much does Cline cost? Is delivery really free?

Our delivery is free for both insurance and private patients.  We will always let you know how much your prescription costs before you schedule your delivery.

Am I covered by my insurance?
Yes! Anyone can use Cline, regardless of whether they have insurance or not.

Cline accepts health plans from most local insurance carriers including Axa Mansard, Total Health Trust, Hygeia, Reliance and more. Since the list periodically changes, we encourage you to call us.

International insurance carriers accepted: Bupa and Cigna.

We believe that quality healthcare should be accessible to everyone, so if your insurance plan isn’t listed or you are not insured, we also offer affordable options. We always work to get you the best price.

Are supplements covered by insurance?
We are on a mission is to transform the health of everyone, everywhere. Each member’s path toward their health goals is unique, and for some, that journey includes supplements, which assess factors like allergies, cortisol, genetics, microbiome health, and toxic metal levels. Supplements are optional and not typically covered by conventional insurance.

Our patient care team will work with you to customise your supplements based on your need. Our recommendations are always rooted in what is best for you.

If you are covered, we can provide you with an invoice for reimbursement.
